Ty Curtis Band

At just 23 years of age, Ty Curtis has amassed a recording catalog of four critically acclaimed albums and earned second place in the prestigious 2009 International Blues Challenge in Memphis. Blues Challenge panelist and Grammy-winning producer David Z (Prince, Etta James) took an interest in the band, helming Ty's latest and most notable album, Cross That Line.

Karen Lovely has shot onto the Northwest blues scene like Stack O'Lee's .44 magnum, capturing the 2nd Place Band Prize at the 2010 International Blues Challenge, followed by 2011 BMA nominations for Best Contemporary Blues Female Artist, Best Album, and Best Song for her sophomore release, Still the Rain.

Harmonica House Party with Lee Oskar & Magic Dick

Legendary harmonic virtuoso Lee Oskar blends blues, jazz, funk, Latin, rock, and soul and has been taking the world by storm since giving us such hits as "Low Rider." For this special Bumbershoot performance, he'll co-curate an all-star harmonica jam with Magic Dick, a founding member of the J. Geils Band whose influential harmonica playing has made him a fixture in the music world.
