The Bushwick Book Club is not your run-of-the-mill book club. While still acting upon the urge to read and to have discussions about what is read, the Bushwick Book Club found that was not enough. When they read books, they also want to write songs about them, and when they write songs, they like to perform them for an audience. For Bumbershoot this one-of-a-kind literary performance group will discuss and interpret Madeleine L’Engle’s A Wrinkle in Time. Featuring Mary Lambert, Ian McFeron, Bucket of Honey, Wes Weddell, Tai Shan, and Aaron Zuege.
